The rental cost for the Silvercloud Beer Trailer,  the Silvercloud Prosecco Trailer, the  Silvercloud Airstream Bar, and the Silvercloud Airstream Lounge & Bar rental pricing begins at $999. The Silvercloud Airstream photo booth trailer rental pricing begins at $1249. Rent our DUO Package and have twice the fun at your event with two (2) vintage trailers!  Add a GIF Booth rental to any of our packages  for only $499! Arrival & Setup Time For Wedding & Event Rentals

Our standard arrival and setup time at your wedding venue or event location is one (1) hour prior to your service start time. Please let us know if you need an earlier load-in time (note: a surcharge may apply.) We will work directly with you or with your event planner to ensure that we fit perfectly into your event logistics and timeline plan. Please let us know if you have a preference for where you’d like us to place the Airstream photo booth trailer, Airstream mobile bar trailer, Silvercloud Prosecco trailer, Silvercloud Beer Trailer or GIF Booth rental.

 

Free Travel Within The Austin, Texas Metro Area

Have wheels – will travel! We do not charge extra for travel to any wedding venue or event location 40 miles or less from Lago Vista, Texas. Please note there is a travel fee to other locations; please contact us for details. We’d love to bring our ‘Party On Wheels’ to your location! Please note that we have a four (4) hour package minimum for any booking outside the Austin metro area.

Photo Print Branding & Airstream Trailer Branding Options

PHOTO PRINT BRANDING: Branding of photo booth prints with your corporate logo, wedding logo or event theme is included in all photo booth packages.

BRANDING THE EXTERIOR OF THE TRAILERS: The exterior of our Airstream trailers can be wrapped with your corporate logo or event artwork. We can deliver the Silvercloud Trailer Events trailer(s) fully branded for your event! Add on a simple logo to the exterior of a Silvercloud trailer for only $499. For larger branding wraps, including half the trailer or the entire trailer, we charge a branding integration fee of $500. This service includes brand artwork mockups, artwork coordination, signage installation and removal with our local vehicle wrap company.  Actual graphics to be applied to the trailer is charged at $10 per square foot. 

Photo Booth Rental Pricing Info For Large Events

For large events over 200 guests, we require more than one attendant for Silvercloud Photo Booth packages. A small surcharge will apply. Contact us to receive a total quote for your large event.
